After collecting some pascher-fr.top initial thoughts, I sent the following email off to Kurt to share my first-wear feelings:They just arrived today, just opened up the box and tried them on. Here are some initial thoughts just from putting them on and walking around the house:-Upper is excellent, love that there is very little structure to it, and the nearly seamless internal lining is fantastic. Definitely seems like a shoe that could be used .sockless (my preference). Very reminiscent of the Nike Free
Finally, Mizuno adds the Ferus trail shoe to its collection of zero drop shoes (Update 8/2013 ¨C my review of the Mizuno Ferus Nike Air Max 90 Pas Cher is now posted). The Mizuno Ferus weighs in at 7.9oz and has a stack height of 14mm heel, 14mm forefoot. It looks to be on the same last as the Cursoris, which is a very good thing since the fit of the Cursoris is fantastic. I¡¯m very much looking forward to trying out this shoe! MSRP is $110, and the Mizuno Ferus is now available at Running Warehouse.
The DS Racer weighs in at 6.3 oz in men¡¯s size 9, so it¡¯s a very light shoe ¨C less than an ounce heavier than the Hyper Speed. It has stack heights of 23mm in the heel, and 15 mm i Adidas Big Tongue Pas Cher n the forefoot, but it feels less than an 8mm drop shoe to me.
The inov-8 Race Ultra 290 is built like a tank, but doesn¡¯t run like one. Notice the full rand on the upper and generally untouched condition of the shoe; this is after 120+ miles, including one 40 mile outing. 375 g M13.
5. It¡¯s cheap! MSRP is $75, but it can be found for under $60 on Running Warehouse right now with the new update coming. If you want an ultralight racer with plenty of cushion, now migh New Balance 574 Pas Cher t be the perfect time to give the LT2 a try.
