Nike has fixed the issue I Nike Air Max 90 Mens sale uk had with this shoe in the newest version ¨C view my review of the 2015 Nike Free 5.0 here.When you¡¯re in the business of writing about running shoes, it pays to be quick about sharing thoughts on new shoe releases, particularly when the release involves one of the top-selling shoes in the country (world?). This week Nike launched the 2014 Free line, and my plan was to pick up a pair right away and fast-track a review (i.e., run in them pretty much exclusively for a week or two to get enough miles for a solid review).
I broke the following running commandment today: Thou shalt not wear new shoes on a 20-mile run. As generally happens when a commandment is broken, the wrath of the running gods was showered down upon me.

Nike Free Run+ Review One oddity about this shoe is that it has a curved last and an offset lacing system, which makes it look like the shoe bends medially when viewed from above (see photo to the left). My sense is that this is more a function of the lacing system altering appearance than anything structural, but it makes for a bit of an odd look from above.
Nike Free 3.0 ImageEmboldened by my experience this weekend running 4 and then 7 miles in Maine in my new Nike Free 3.0¡¯s, I decided that these might be the shoes I wear during my marathon next week. They felt light as a feather, were exceedingly comfortable, and I felt none of the pain or soreness reported by others who have tried these shoes out. If you¡¯re not familiar with the Nike Free line, they¡¯re minimalist shoes meant to simulate barefoot running. In the Nike Free family, the 3.0¡¯s are the most minimal of all (less than 6.0 oz each), and the closest thing in the line to running barefoot (they rate the Free¡¯s on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being barefoot). Needless to say, I¡¯ve fallen in love with these shoes, and despite today¡¯s experience, I plan to be spending a lot of time on the run with them in the future.
Nik trnruk.uk e Wildhorse 3 Trail Conclusion If you are a fan of the fit and feel of earlier versions of the Wildhorse or Terra Kiger but feel the need for a bit more protection, the Wildhorse 3 is a great choice. If you want to stick with less shoe, the Terra Kiger 3 stays at 4mm drop and has less midsole stack. I think the move to differentiate the two shoes was a wise one, and allows for more customization of shoe to specific trail needs.
