Encontra-se no Brasil George Brito, fundador da Federação Iberoamericana de Pais, para traçar planos e desenvolver programas de integração entre as associações dos países Iberoamericanos com o objetivo de fortificar o entrosamento para a conquista da igualdade parental.
Já participam da FPI associações da Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Espanha, México, Peru, Porto Rico e Uruguai. Um dos fundamentos da FIP é a Declaração de Langeac, que contém princípios de igualdade parental que podem servir de plataforma para a legislação de qualquer país que deseje estabelecer relações familiares baseadas na igualdade de direitos, através da guarda compartilhada.
George Brito permanecerá no Brasil de 23 a 29 de fevereiro, em Florianópolis, SC, sede nacional da APASE ..."

"George Brito, the founder of the FIP, is in Brazil in order to form plans and develop programmes for the integration of the associations of Iberoamerica [Spain, Portugal and Latin America] with the objective of strengthening collaboration towards the goal of equal parenting.
Existent members of the association can be found in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Spain, Mexico, Peru, Port Rico and Uruguay. One of the founding principles of the FIP is the Declaration of Langeac, containing principles of parental equality that can serve as a platform for legislation in any country that desires to establish family relations based upon equality of rights, through shared parenting.
